This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be processed for purchases made through Cosmetics Trading Hub, operated by HUB OF COSMETICS TRADING PTE LTD.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Wholesale Order Policy
Cosmetics Trading Hub operates primarily as a B2B wholesale supplier. Due to the nature of bulk cosmetic distribution, all sales are generally considered final once orders are processed and shipped, except in cases outlined in this policy.
Returns or refunds may be approved only under specific conditions.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The shipment is incomplete or missing items
To qualify for a return request:
- The request must be submitted within 3–7 business days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice or order confirmation)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or promotional items
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, many cosmetic products cannot be resold once opened.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us immediately.
Your claim must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Photos of the shipping label and carton
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Partial refund
- Credit toward a future order
5. Return Authorization
Returns must be approved before sending products back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To request a return authorization, please contact our support team with the required information.
If approved, you will receive instructions regarding:
- Return shipping address
- Return reference number
- Packaging instructions
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the situation:
If the error is ours (damaged, defective, or incorrect items):
- We may cover return shipping or provide a replacement.
If the return is requested for other reasons:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing
Once returned products are received and inspected, refunds may be processed in one of the following ways:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
- Replacement shipment
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
9. International Orders
For international wholesale shipments:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
- Delays caused by customs clearance are not eligible for refunds
Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations.
